Returns & Refund Policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase The Basket Lady LLC offers a "No Questions Asked" return policy on regular merchandise (sale items cannot be returned).  In order to ensure proper credit to your account and avoid a restocking fee, we simply ask that you notify us by e-mail or telephone within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will be given a Return Authorization Number to mark on the outside of your box. We also require you to accept responsibility for all shipping charges (to and from) and to return your order within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Sale items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. The customer is responsible for reporting any damages caused in shipment by the carrier upon receipt. 

 

 

Items that are returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number will incur a minimum restocking fee of 20%. Sale items that have been returned without notification are done so at the buyers risk and are not eligible for any refund. The Basket Lady LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges. 

Orders processed with a credit card may be cancelled at no cost to the customer provided notification of cancellation is received by The Basket Lady LLC no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the day of ordering. Since The Basket Lady LLC pays a processing fee for all credit card debits and credits, that fee will be passed on to the customer, in the case of order cancellation. The fee deducted for applicable order cancelations will equal 6% of the total invoice amount.  If the order has been packed, but not shipped the fee deducted for applicable order cancelations will equal 10% of the total invoice amount.  Orders are processed daily and can be shipped on the same day the order is placed by the customer.
