SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Basket Lady ships all orders using either FedEx or UPS.  We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If for any reason we are unable to ship within that time-frame we will notify you by e-mail. Our shipping charges are based on the subtotal value of the order.

Below is the estimated time-in-transit map from FedEx from our warehouse for FedEx Ground service. Deliveries to a residential address are made from Tuesday through Saturday and to a commercial address from Monday through Friday. Note that delivery times may be longer depending on your exact location.

Please recognize that baskets are very bulky and incur a high cost to ship. Our typical shipment is packed in a 30" x 24" x 18" box and due to the size is charged for the 100 pound rate, regardless if it is only 15 pounds. As is the case with the large retailers, we do not inflate the cost of the baskets to offset the shipping costs. Yet our total cost with shipping is still significantly less, and our quality and selection is far superior.

We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada via USPS, but there are specific size restrictions for shipping, and therefore only certain items can be shipped there.  If you live in one of these locations and would like to order baskets, please contact us by phone or email to determine if what you are interested in can in fact be shipped and what the shipping cost will be.  Please note that for Canadian orders there is an additional handling fee for completing the required customs paperwork.  The customer is also responsible for paying any customs duty.
