Returns & Refund Policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase The Basket Lady LLC offers a "No Questions Asked" return policy on regular merchandise (sale items cannot be returned).  In order to ensure proper credit to your account and avoid a restocking fee, we simply ask that you notify us by e-mail or telephone within 7 days of delivery of your order. You will be given a Return Authorization Number to mark on the outside of your box. We also require you to accept responsibility for all shipping charges (to and from) and to return your order within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Sale items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. The customer is responsible for reporting any damages caused in shipment by the carrier (UPS/USPS) upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Returns are also not allowed on corporate/trade orders.

 

 

Items that are returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number may incur a minimum restocking fee of up to 20% (before 30 day, returns not accepted after 30 days from date of purchase). Sale items that have been returned without notification are done so at the buyers risk and are not eligible for any refund. The Basket Lady LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges.
