These baskets are beautiful and the perfect size. I’m putting two side-by-side under my bench in the foyer. Four stars only because the ones I received are a more black/gray cast than the more brown in the pictures. I’m a little disappointed because the color in the pics is so beautiful and these are a little off.
I needed to update the kitchen wastebasket at the lake. It only had one compartment for trash, and as we recycle now, we needed two compartments. The size is perfect and the wicker matches the relaxed lake setting.
The size is perfect and the quality is amazing. It is off balance but I do not mind that as it gives it personality. ❤️ thank you
I looked for one of these for a long time. Finally found the perfect one. Thanks!
This basket trash can is a vast improvement from my prior stainless steel garbage can aesthetically speaking and it is good quality. I take issue with the fact that the metal liner is difficult to get out of the basket, the handle cutouts in the metal liner are sharp and hurt to remove it and there’s no foot pedal on the basket.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience! We are glad the basket is such a great aesthetic upgrade for you. We will reach out to you directly to discuss your feedback on the metal liner.
All three baskets we ordered was great quality and no defects. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
as I said the caddy is to high for silverware.
We are sorry to hear the caddy height isn't working for your silverware! We will reach out to you directly to discuss a return if you would like to proceed with one.
Love the look and the features. However, the strap is too short. The lid won’t stay open when I want to add a few things at a time. If your hands are full and you want to prop the lid open, it won’t stay open. My rating would have been 5 stars otherwise.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for the helpful feedback! We are sorry the leather lid tether is keeping you from a full five-star experience. As our baskets are handcrafted, the tether length can vary slightly. The good news is that the leather can be gently stretched over time, which should allow the lid to stay open more easily. If you have any trouble with this, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly and we would be happy to help!
The wicker storage trunk arrived in a timely manner. There is a dent to the top from shipping. The box it came in had a whole in it and looks like it took a beating. The color, antique walnut brown, was as pictured but the trunk design was not as depicted. It came in the light-colored trunk design which is not what I was wanting. It is very well made but I am disappointed in this purchase.
Thank you for your review and your purchase. We are sorry to hear that your trunk arrived with shipping damage and that the design was not what you were expecting. We wish you had reached out to us directly, as we would have been happy to address both of these concerns right away — that is exactly the kind of thing our customer service team is here for. We will be in touch with you shortly to make this right.
These cans are made very well Beautiful to look at. However, I was hoping for something that was close to grey in color. These have a very warm hue. I will not be returning them because they are made well
Beautiful trash can. But shipping takes too long.
Thank you so much for your purchase and taking the time to leave a review! We're so glad to hear that you love the basket. We do try and ship our products out as quickly as we can. As you are located in California, it does take 4-5 business days for the carriers to deliver our baskets from our warehouse just outside of Philadelphia, PA. We hope you enjoy your new trash can :-)
Wasn’t sure if I was going to like the garbage can basket, but after using it for a short period of time, I love it!! I had a round basket with a lid, had to always take the lid off to throw away anything. With this one, I don’t have to do anything but toss it in the basket. I highly recommend this, would definitely buy it again.
Well worth the money!!
Your baskets are lovely and exceeded my expectations.But- the best part was that I could put a range of size I was looking for and see the baskets available. Thanks
We love our laundry hamper that is divided into two sections. Shipping was quick and it arrived in perfect condition.
I love my little basket and two section hamper. I got the two to match in my bathroom. The hamper for clothes, and the basket for holding toilet paper. The matching set looks amazing and my bathroom has been leveled up! Great quality.
Well crafted and the color I expected. I’m very happy with the 4 baskets I bought and the communication from customer service.
I had a very challenging time trying to find the correct basket size for my console table until I found the basket lady. The baskets are well made, and I am extremely happy with them.
Baskets are great quality and great communication
Wish it was larger but it s of high quality
The item is well made which I liked. The price was too high though.
Quality sturdy basket. Great for laundry.
