Love it! I own several styles and colors of BL baskets already so am not surprised at the quality and beauty of this utilitarian necessity! Replacing trash bags is effortless and, so far, simple to keep clean. Might be a little small for larger family or someone who doesn’t recycle. Works great for a home with 2 people and 4 pets! We were tired of looking at the kitchen trash can (and the trash in a can without a lid). This trash basket looks lovely in our kitchen, is well made and has a lid. I no longer run to hide the trash can when company arrives. Highly recommend

Living in an apartment makes laundry a challenge since most apartments only have laundry “closets”. I have a small laundry and this basket is just right!
I ordered a corner laundry basket, narrow laundry basket, and a short and wide laundry basket and I love them all. The serene grey is beautiful in our home. The baskets are high quality and the liners are so easy to take in and out!

I bought an antique hall tree and needed a long narrow basket to place inside the seat to store a few items. I found just the right item at Basket Lady. I’ve bought items here before and have been consistently pleased.
Was just as described, A little pricey but excellent quality. Have just purchased another to complete the set and waiting on another order due in July.
The basket I received did not match the product photos AT ALL. The listing shows a dark espresso finish but I received a much lighter ash brown basket with an auburn handle. When I contacted customer service I was told I’d be responsible for the return shipping ($18) even though the basket was not as advertised. After I responded with side-by-side photos showing the difference, they stopped responding altogether. Misleading photos and even worse customer service. I would not recommend.
