Our company had been using wicker baskets from Pottery Barn and World Market for nearly 10 years, but over the past couple of years, the quality really declined. Finding The Basket Lady has been a complete gamechanger for us. The quality of their baskets is on a completely different level—sturdy enough to handle the demands of our busy restaurants while still looking great. If I could give them a 6th star, I absolutely would!

This is DEFINITELY sturdy quality with practical design features, but the basket-STYLE is way more akin to ‘tobacco barn wood’ than the “handcrafted sea grass” I hoped for (this popped up in my search for the latter). However, the shipper took *such* amazing care to pack and protect it, I did not believe I had the capacity to properly repeat the process to return it, so we’re keeping it, but it isn’t what I want to look at every day. I feel stuck with it, and precisely due to its structural quality, will likely be in my home a very long time. If you desire non-glossed, burnt timber-look esthetic, this item might be a good fit for your search.

Regarding color, the Antique Walnut Brown is definitely a dark brown, whereas the Sandstone would be more similar to the light tones of sea grass.
