The Basket Lady, founded in Philadelphia in 1990, is a family-owned home décor company led by mother–daughter team Carol Littman and Kelli Katch. Specializing in high-quality wicker baskets for storage, laundry, organization, and home décor, The Basket Lady has become a trusted source for homeowners, designers, and luxury hospitality spaces seeking durable, artisan-crafted baskets.
Our family’s roots in the home décor industry go back more than seven decades, when Carol’s father first began manufacturing, importing, and distributing ceramics, decorative trays, and woven baskets for the home. Today, we continue that legacy by partnering with skilled artisans who carefully handcraft each basket using traditional weaving techniques and natural materials.
