Returns

We're sorry to hear that you'd like to return some baskets. As consumers ourselves, we know how important it is to receive excellent customer service, and The Basket Lady strives to satisfy all her customers. We will do everything we can to achieve that, but we also ask that our customers follow our Returns & Refund Policy.

 

In order to make a return, you will need to receive a Return Authorization # and shipping instructions. Please fill out the form below and we will promptly get back to you with that information. Although answers are not required, we'd like to find out why you're making this return. We only ask, so that we can further improve both the products and services that we offer our customers.

 

We have many years of experience selling and shipping baskets and very rarely have an issue with damage during shipment. However, if your basket was damaged in shipment or delivered damaged, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 888-742-4172 to report the damage and request a replacement. Please do not discard of the carton that the basket was delivered in, especially if there is visual damage to the carton.
