SHIPPING RATES  

FREE SHIPPING on every order, every day!!
We offer free ground shipping to orders being shipped to a physical address within the lower 48 states in the US only. This offer does not apply to corporate orders and order requiring freight shipping. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destination, see below for more details on shipping to these restricted locations.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to ship all in-stock items within 2-5 business days of placing your order. If for any reason we are unable to ship within that time-frame we will notify you by e-mail. Our shipping charges are based on the subtotal value of the order. 

Below is the estimated time-in-transit map from FedEx from our warehouse for FedEx Ground/Home service. Note that delivery times may be longer depending on your exact location. Smaller cartons may ship via USPS.

AK, HI, PR, CANADA AND ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada via FedEx only. If you live in one of these locations and would like to order baskets, please contact us by email to determine what the shipping cost will be.  In order for us to calculate a shipping quote, you will need to include:

  • item name/color/size
  • SKU
  • quantity
  • shipping address
Please note that for Canadian orders there is an additional handling fee for completing the required customs paperwork.  The customer is also responsible for paying any customs duty.

We unfortunately cannot ship to other international locations, due to the high cost of shipping.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately and we'll reach out to the carrier to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
