Relative to the price of the storage trunks, these are a economical option for storage. While not as aesthetically pleasing to look at as the storage trunk, these still have a great aesthetics. The lid is also easily removable for quick access. And feels sturdy enough to stack the smaller of the two sizes on the larger basket; as evidenced in the listing photo. I bought a nested set (one of each size) and my only concern is the base of the larger basket is not level. So unfortunately it does wobble enough that I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting much of anything on the lid, as it could possibly pose a hazard. The wobble isn’t as noticeable on carpet, I did move it around quite a bit wondering if it was my floor or the basket. However after trying the smaller storage basket, my large clothes hamper, and my storage trunk, I can confirm that it’s the only this larger basket that wobbles. So, just be aware before ordering if you wish to stack them as shown in the photo.
