I needed a very specific size basket to put under our nightstands. At first, I received two different sized baskets (a difference of an inch) which bothered me. I reached out to customer service and they immediately found a matched pair of the same dimensions and sent it to me while I returned the others. It was fast and seamless. Very happy to have found TBL!

We use this to collect our pop cans (we drink a lot of seltzer in our household). It holds a bunch more and I don't have to look at them in an open top trash can.

This laundry basket is bigger, and stronger with sturdy handles, than I expected. It easily handles a full load of laundry and carries easily. It arrived well packed in a sturdy box, so no damage occurred during shipping. This was an excellent choice!

This wicker laundry hamper is just SO good! Sturdy, beautifully crafted. Velcro tabs hold the liner in place, making for easy removal. Handles on the side, perfect size. Beyond a wonderful product, the customer service was incredible. I accidentally ordered 2 hampers and immediately received a proactive email from customer service asking if the second order was an error. They credited my card back immediately. It’s so nice to find a company that actually has real people watching out for customers! Will definitely order more products.
