Returns & Refund Policy

We offer an easy 30-day return policy on all purchases**. We will refund your order total, less costs for shipping. Please be mindful of the following details about returns:

  • For all orders, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, per the below table.

  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order that you would like make a return.
  • If requested, a return shipping label with discounted shipping rates can be issued. See table above.
  • Unless critical size dimensions are included in your order, customer is responsible for return shipping cost (see table above), if the baskets do not fit or are a different size from what is stated. The baskets are handcrafted from natural materials and can vary in size.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • Refused orders will incur full outbound and return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returned items must be in new condition. Please make sure to pack you return carefully.
  • Note that we do not do exchanges. Instead, you will need to make a return request for the baskets you no longer want, and then place a new order for the new baskets.

**The few exceptions that cannot be returned:

  • All fabric liners
  • The Basket Lady Gift Certificates
  • Final Sale and Clearance items

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

    We pack all of our baskets so that they arrive snug, safe, and secure. If an item does arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days, so that we can figure out what steps need to be taken.

    DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

    All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately within 7 days of ship date and we'll reach out to the carrier to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

    CUSTOM/CORPORATE ORDERS

    Orders placed through our corporate accounts department cannot be returned or refunded.

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR ORDER

    • Go to our Returns page.
    • Complete the form, being sure to include required information.
    • Click "Send" at the bottom of the page.
    • You will then receive an email back from us with your RA# and further shipping instructions.
