Returns & Refund Policy

We offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund your order total, less costs for shipping. Please be mindful of the following details about returns:

  • For all orders, the outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, per the below table.
up to $24.99 $4.99
$25.00 to $49.99 $6.99
$50.00 to $74.99 $8.99
$75.00 to $99.99 $11.99
$100.00 to $124.99 $14.99
$125.00 to $149.99 $16.99
$150.00 to $199.99 $19.99
$200.00 to $249.99 $24.99
$25.00 and greater 10% of subtotal
  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order that you would like make a return.
  • If requested, a return UPS shipping label with discounted shipping rates can be issued, which will also be deducted from your refund.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • Refused orders will incur full outbound and return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returned items must be in new condition.

The few exceptions that cannot be returned:

  • The Basket Lady Gift Certificates
  • Final Sale and Clearance items.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

    We pack all of our baskets so that they arrive snug, safe, and secure. If an item does arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days, so that we can figure out what steps need to be taken.

    Custom/Corporate Orders

    Orders placed through our corporate accounts department cannot be returned or refunded.


    How to Return an Item or Order

    • Go to our Returns page
    • Complete the form, being sure to include required information
    • Click "Send" at the bottom of the page.
    • You will then receive an email back from us with your RA# and further shipping instructions.
