Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We will also email you when your shipment is out for delivery and again once delivery is made.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may incur return shipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.)

  2. Ask neighbors or household members

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly for more information

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

However, we want to help where we can—please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.


Reporting Missing Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date.

After this period, we may not be able to assist with claims or replacements.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
