Love my baskets. The color walnut is stunning. The basket is beautifully crafted.

I needed to purchase some baskets for open storage in my kitchen. My sizes were odd so when I finally stumbled upon The Basket Lady I was relieved. I have the walnut basket in the large size to hold smaller cookbooks and single recipes. It fits the space perfectly, is very well made, and the cover is nice and straight. No more dust collecting on top of the papers! Shipping and packaging was outstanding and the price is very fair.

My husband and I have recently down-sized to an apartment and I have become obsessed with good quality storage. I bought the extra large underbed covered basket to store art on top of our armoire and it worked out fantastically! It’s exactly the right size, is very sturdy and looks great. I plan to buy more storage baskets soon.

Very well made and sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised it was lined. I used it to store my winter blankets and was surprised at how many it held. I am very pleased.

Measured carefully and bought 6 underbed boxes 11” high to fit under bed with 11 1/2” clearance. One basket fit. The next one did not. Requested a return. They require me to pay $114 in return shipping. They claim it is not their fault. I should have written a note about height limit in the “note” box and they would have measured before shipping. If a basket is 11-ish inches high then it should not be described as 11” high. And they want me to load up 3 boxes that are 3’x3’x4’ and weigh about 20 lbs. each. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ.

We also give customers the opportunity to specify critical dimensions, if they need the baskets to be an exact size. This service is offered at no additional charge, as we want to make sure that our customers receive baskets that they can use. The cost to ship large boxes that our baskets come in is very expensive and we clearly state on our Return Policy what that cost may be, should a return be necessary.
